University of Ibadan Tops 2026 Nigerian University Rankings

The University of Ibadan in Oyo State regained its position as Nigeria's best university in the 2026 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, surpassing University of Lagos and Bayero University Kano. The rankings, released on THE's official website, placed UI in the 801-1000 global band, showcasing significant improvement from its previous positions.
