Aiyedatiwa Launches LACOT for Tinubu's 2027 Campaign

On a recent weekend, Lucki Aiyedatiwa, the Governor of Ondo State, inaugurated a new political mobilization platform called LACOT to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election campaign for the 2027 general elections. The launch event took place in Akure, where members pledged unwavering support for Tinubu, emphasizing the need for sustained mobilization to ensure good governance and national unity.

LACOT is designed to operate as an official political structure to mobilize votes for Tinubu across all 18 local government areas in Ondo State. The group, which includes political leaders and stakeholders from the three senatorial districts, aims to educate the public about Tinubu's administration's achievements, such as major road constructions and social intervention programs.

Idowu Otetubi, the Director General of LACOT, highlighted the group's unique position as a direct link to Aiyedatiwa's mandate, while Tolu Babaley urged members to remain focused on their mission to secure victory for Tinubu in the upcoming elections.
