Aiyedatiwa Hosts Tompolo for Tinubu's Campaign Launch

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa is set to receive Government Oweizidei Ekpemupolo, known as Tompolo, as the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement inaugurates its state structure on October 20, 2026, at Democracy Park, Akure. The event, scheduled for noon, will also involve the distribution of campaign vehicles to support President Bola Tinubu's 2027 re-election bid.

Orisamoluwa Adekunle, the Southwest Coordinator of the movement, stated that the initiative aims to enhance grassroots mobilization and expand the movement's presence in Ondo State. Adekunle emphasized the importance of direct engagement with residents to encourage voter participation in the electoral process.

The inauguration will gather party leaders and grassroots mobilizers to strategize for the upcoming election. Adekunle noted that Tompolo's reception by Aiyedatiwa would signify cooperation among political stakeholders backing Tinubu's re-election campaign.

He urged APC members and supporters to attend the event to demonstrate their commitment to a united Nigeria under Tinubu's leadership.
