APC Women in Ireland Support Tinubu for 2027 Elections

The APC women’s chapter in Ireland, under the Renew Hope Women’s Network, is actively rallying support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in anticipation of the 2027 presidential elections. During a press briefing in Abuja, Antonza Ibrahim, a leader within the network, expressed concerns over rising voter apathy observed in recent off-season elections.

The initiative aims to reverse this trend by mobilizing voters, particularly women and youth, across Nigeria's 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. Ibrahim highlighted that outreach efforts have already commenced to encourage broader electoral participation and to inform voters about the achievements of the current administration and its plans for the next term.

The network's vision aligns closely with the Renew Hope agenda, emphasizing inclusive governance and citizen engagement. The initiative will collaborate with friends and sisters across Nigeria's six geopolitical zones, including the North West, to mobilize support for Tinubu, targeting approximately 200 million people based on the last census.
