Makinde Appoints Ehilebo as Media Adviser for APM

On Thursday, Governor ‘Seyi Makinde of Oyo State announced the appointment of Barrister Anthony Ehilebo as his Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication, effective immediately. The announcement was made by Dr Sulaimon Olanrewaju, who serves as the Special Adviser (Media) to the Governor.

Makinde emphasized Ehilebo's expertise as a communication strategist and lawyer, stating that his skills would be an asset to the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) as they prepare for the 2027 presidential election. The governor expressed confidence that Ehilebo’s experience would enhance the party's messaging aimed at "resetting Nigeria" and securing victory in the upcoming election.

Makinde urged Nigerians to support the APM, describing the 2027 election as a pivotal opportunity to change the political direction of the country. He criticized the current administration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a failure and called for unity and determination among Nigerians to reclaim the nation's destiny.
