Tinubu, Atiku Supporters Unite Against Peter Obi

Sam Amadi, the former chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, remarked that supporters of Bola Tinubu, the current president, and Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president, are now forming a united front against Peter Obi. Amadi made these comments on X (formerly Twitter) on a Saturday, suggesting that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) share common political interests that could lead to a coalition.

He emphasized that this alliance could reshape Nigeria's political landscape, potentially establishing a clearer two-party system. Amadi argued that the combined support of Tinubu and Atiku could effectively counter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, who are reportedly planning to exit the ADC and join the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC).

He noted that the supporters of both Tinubu and Atiku should collaborate against Obi, highlighting the logic of uniting their efforts for a stronger political stance.
