Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria Endorses Bola Tinubu for 2027 Elections

The Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria has officially backed President Bola Tinubu for a second tenure in the 2027 presidential elections. The endorsement was announced during a meeting in Abuja, where the association pledged to mobilize support for Tinubu across the 774 local government areas in the country.

The association, known for its grassroots reach, also donated a fully branded bus to Tinubu's campaign team, the Jagaban Squad. This move is part of the association's support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Tinubu's administration.

With over five million registered members nationwide, the association expressed loyalty to Tinubu's leadership and highlighted plans to convene a national convention to reaffirm their support publicly. The association's commitment to Tinubu's candidacy underscores a strategic alliance aimed at securing a successful reelection bid in 2027.
