Akwa Ibom Governor Accuses PDP Moles of Undermining APC's Political Structure for 2027 Elections

Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State has accused 'PDP moles' of attempting to undermine the ruling APC's political structure ahead of the 2027 elections. The Governor disclosed that some appointees who defected from the APC to the PDP are working to disrupt the party's plans for the upcoming elections.

He warned against betrayal and vowed to protect the APC's political stronghold. Governor Eno emphasized the need for loyalty and authenticity among party members, stating that he would personally assess their commitment.

The Governor made these remarks during a special thanksgiving service marking the 38th anniversary of the State's creation, urging political detractors to repent and support his second-term bid.
