Ndume Claims APC Ticket from God Amidst Unpopularity

Senator Ali Ndume, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stated that he received his party's ticket for the upcoming elections from God and the support of his constituents. Speaking on a television program, Ndume acknowledged his lack of popularity within the current administration led by President Bola Tinubu, noting that he has often been critical of the government.

He emphasized his belief in serving the interests of his constituents and highlighted his electoral success, having previously served two terms in the House of Representatives and four terms in the Senate. Ndume expressed confidence in winning the upcoming elections, attributing his support to the belief that the APC is better positioned to serve the people.

He reiterated that he is not a popular figure within the corridors of power but remains committed to advocating for the public's interests.
