Kogi State Backs President Tinubu for 2027 Elections

Abubakar Audu, the Minister from Kogi State, has publicly reaffirmed the state's unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the 2027 presidential elections approach. He emphasized that Kogi State will deliver a resounding victory for Tinubu, building on the 65 percent of votes the President received in the 2023 elections.

Audu responded to recent political comments from opposition figures, asserting that every Nigerian is entitled to their political opinion within a democratic framework. He noted that Kogi State's electoral strength and grassroots structure are formidable, ensuring credible leadership.

Audu expressed confidence that the margin of victory for Tinubu will significantly increase in 2027, as the state remains solidly aligned with the All Progressives Congress (APC), a foundation laid by the late Prince Abubakar Audu. He concluded by stating that Kogi's results will decisively support the APC once again.
