Kogi Youths Endorse Tinubu and Ododo for 2027 Elections

The Youth Assembl Nigeria, Kogi State chapter, held a press conference in Lokoja on Monday, where they urged young people to align with competent leadership ahead of the 2027 general elections. The spokesperson, Rt.

Hon. Bologi Muham Yaba, emphasized the necessity for visionary leaders rather than those who make empty promises.

The group, which claims a membership of 5,000 across 21 local governments, called on youth and women to join their movement aimed at sustainable development. They expressed unwavering support for Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s presidential bid and Usman Ahmed Ododo’s re-election as governor.

Additionally, they backed former Governor Yahaya Bello’s candidacy for the Kogi Central senatorial district. The group highlighted the importance of youth and women inclusivity in governance and stated that their endorsement reflects the collective aspirations of the people for stable and progressive leadership.
