Kwankwaso Affirms Commitment to NNPP for 2027 Presidential Run

Former Kano State Governor and 2023 presidential candidate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, addressed rumors of leaving the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) ahead of the 2027 election. Kwankwaso dismissed the suggestion and affirmed his commitment to NNPP, stating that the party remains his political base.

He also declared his intention to run as the party's flagbearer in the 2027 presidential contest. Kwankwaso emphasized the importance of open dialogue with political stakeholders and expressed readiness to engage in negotiations.
