Kwankwaso Opens NNPP Office in Ibadan for 2027 Elections

On Wednesday, Musa Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), inaugurated the party's new office in Ibadan, Oyo State, as part of efforts to establish a stronger presence in the state ahead of the 2027 general elections. During this visit, Kwankwaso paid a courtesy visit to Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, where they met behind closed doors at the governor's secretariat.

Although the outcomes of their discussions were not disclosed, it is believed that the meeting aimed to consolidate their long-standing cordial relationship. Accompanying Kwankwaso were Dr.

Ajid Ahmad, the NNPP national chairman, and Najipo Johnson, the party's public secretary. The inauguration of the NNPP office is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the party's structure and unity in Oyo State as they prepare for the upcoming elections.
