Kwankwaso Resigns from NNPP, Party Anticipates Alliance

The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) has confirmed the resignation of its national leader, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, through a statement issued by the party's public secretary, Ibrahim Karay. The party noted that Kwankwaso's resignation was not surprising and was anticipated as part of ongoing consultations among opposition political parties aimed at forming a stronger alliance for future elections.

The NNPP expressed appreciation for Kwankwaso's contributions over the past three years, acknowledging his role in building the party and strengthening its position as a prominent opposition platform in the country.
