Kwankwaso Urges Atiku to Wait for 2027 Election Results

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former governor of Kano State, responded to comments made by Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, regarding the upcoming 2027 general elections. During an interview on Arise Television, Kwankwaso suggested that Abubakar should wait to see the election results before making any assumptions about the potential splitting of votes in Kano State.

He emphasized that there is no issue concerning the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and expressed confidence in the electoral process. Kwankwaso stated that he believes the political landscape has evolved beyond concerns about vote splitting in Kano, urging patience until the elections take place.
