Peter Obi Clarifies Stance on Possible Defection to ADC Amidst Speculations

Former Anambra State Governor and 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has addressed speculations about his possible defection to the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Obi clarified that he is already a member of ADC through a coalition and highlighted his high regard for former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

He stated that he will not formally defect to ADC as he is already part of the coalition. This clarification comes amidst reports of a potential move ahead of the forthcoming presidential election.
