Isaac Fayose Claims Peter Obi Will Win 2027 Election

Isaac Fayose, the younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose, expressed confidence that Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), will secure victory in the 2027 general election, irrespective of the support from the Igbo community. In a video posted on his official Facebook page, Fayose condemned any Igbo individuals supporting the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led government, labeling them as "wicked." He emphasized that, in the past 40 years, apart from the late Biafra leader Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, no other Igbo figure has matched Obi's contributions.

Fayose stated, "Any Igbo man that does not support Peter Obi is a wicked and jealous Igbo man," asserting that Obi's success is assured come January 2027, with or without the backing of the Igbo populace.
