Accord Movement Backs Dr. Gbenga Hashim for 2027 Presidency

The Accord Alliance Movement has called for the submission of Dr. Gbenga Hashim's name to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the party's sole presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.

During a press conference in Abuja, Maxwel Mgbude, the national chairman of the Accord party, stated that the party did not conduct presidential primaries to select a standard bearer, which has led to concerns about internal party democracy. Hon.
