Kaduna APC Targets Two Million Votes for Tinubu in 2027

During a state congress held at Murtala Muhammed Square in Kaduna, Governor Uba Sani and Speaker Tajudeen Abbas called on the Kaduna chapter of the APC to deliver two million votes for President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 general elections. Sani described the congress as a defining moment for the party, highlighting the importance of internal cohesion and discipline.

He noted that 6,885 ward executives were elected across 255 wards in the state, with 621 local government executives emerging from the congress. Sani emphasized the need for a united front to ensure electoral success and urged the new executive to take immediate action to address any factions within the party.

Abbas expressed confidence in achieving the two million vote target and acknowledged the outgoing leadership's contributions to the party's success in previous elections. The congress aimed to strengthen grassroots mobilization and create opportunities for youth and women participation in the political process.
