South-East Leaders Back Tinubu as Consensus Candidate for 2027 Election

South-East Governors, leaders, and Ohanaeze Ndigbo endorse Bola Tinubu as the consensus candidate for the 2027 general election. The endorsement was announced during the annual Igbo Day celebration, emphasizing unity and interfaith prayers for peace and prosperity.

The signatories of the communiqué included prominent figures like Prince Richard Ozobu and Chief Jackson Omenazu. The event, themed "IGBO EKUNIE - Reawakening Igbo Spirit of Excellence and Enterprise," culminated in a global church service in Port Harcourt.
