Tinubu 2027 Campaign Targets 19 Million Votes in North

The Atiku Bagudu Grassroots Network for Tinubu 2027 has officially endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term, announcing plans to mobilize 19 million votes from the 19 northern states ahead of the 2027 general election. The endorsement occurred during a meeting in Abuja, attended by delegates from the northern states, where they discussed strategies for grassroots mobilization and reviewed the administration's policies.

Hon. Ali Oriri, the convener, stated that the network would establish a robust grassroots structure to support Tinubu, citing the administration's economic reforms, including the removal of fuel subsidy and foreign exchange reforms, as crucial for addressing Nigeria's structural economic challenges. The group also highlighted ongoing investments in infrastructure, such as roads and power, as reasons for seeking continuity under Tinubu.

They plan to engage community leaders and strengthen their structures to achieve their target of 19 million votes.
