Kwankwaso Advocates Dialogue with Terrorists for Security

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the Vice Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), announced in a recent interview that his administration would prioritize dialogue with all parties, including terrorists, to combat insecurity in Nigeria. Speaking on a political program on Channel Television, Kwankwaso emphasized the importance of communication in addressing the ongoing security challenges facing the country.

He expressed that many people are aware of the locations and names involved in insecurity incidents but are often too afraid to report them to security agencies. Kwankwaso's approach aims to discourage criminal actions by fostering discussions with all stakeholders, including those who may be involved in terrorism.

He believes that this strategy will be crucial for winning the 2027 general elections and effectively tackling the insecurity issues plaguing Nigeria.
