Kwankwaso Open to Rejoining APC with Clear Terms for 2027 Elections

Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate for the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the 2023 elections, has expressed openness to rejoining the All Progressives Congress (APC) under clear terms. Kwankwaso highlighted that any return to the APC would require specific conditions to be met.

He mentioned feeling sidelined by the APC despite his contributions to its formation and criticized the lack of recognition during the party's time in power. Kwankwaso emphasized the need for respect and fair treatment, indicating a willingness to consider alliances but stressing the importance of being valued as a politician.
