Zamfara APC Officials Sue Party Over Suspensions

Three suspended officials of the Zamfara All Progressives Congress (APC) - Babangida Aliyu Shinkafi, Kabiru Ibrahim Ibrahim, and Ibrahim D. Kurya - have filed a lawsuit at the Zamfara State High Court in Gusau on November 14, 2025.

They are seeking judicial intervention to nullify their suspensions, alleging political motivations linked to loyalty to APC chieftains like Dr. Sani Abdullahi Shinkafi.

The plaintiffs claim their suspensions were unlawful and unconstitutional, and they seek a declaration to that effect. The defendants include APC members Alhaji Tukur Danfulani Maikatako and Alhaji Ibrahim Bama Shinkafi.
