Billionaire King Ochacho's ₦400M Gift and Giveaways

King Mohamed Adah, also known as King Ochacho and founder of Ochacho Real Homes, gifted a ₦400 million mansion to Peller during his wedding on August 1 in Lagos. During a TikTok livestream on August 3, he described the mansion as "small money," equating it to ₦400 for his children.

Ochacho revealed that the decision to gift the property was influenced by his children's suggestion for Peller to live near Palace 7 in Abuja, where properties are valued at no less than ₦400 million. The announcement garnered applause from guests and went viral.

Additionally, Ochacho announced a giveaway of ₦100,000 each to 30 individuals who submit the best videos using his son Ice King's new song, with disbursement dates set for August 9 and August 16. He also mentioned plans for more giveaways tied to Ice King's upcoming 13th birthday, including paying school fees for members of the public.
