In a video that circulated online, Ochacho revealed that luxury fashion designer Seyi Vodi also played a role in the gift, confirming that Vodi would be the one to formally hand over the house to the couple.

Ochacho credited his sons for the idea of gifting the mansion, stating they suggested placing Peller and Jarvis in a home near Palace 7, an estate where properties are valued at no less than N400 million.
