50 Catholic School Students Escape Kidnappers in Niger State

In Niger State, 50 students from a Catholic school escaped kidnappers, with teachers still held captive. The students were from St.

Mary's Private Primary and Secondary School in Papiri Town, Agwara Local Government Area. The Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria in Niger State, Reverend Bulu Dauwa Yohanna, and the Catholic Bishop of Kontagora Diocese provided updates.

Governor Moham Umaru Bago visited the area following the incident. The escapees were part of the 141 students initially feared abducted.
