Nollywood Star Sharon Ooja Marries Ugo Nwoke in 2024

Sharon Ooja Egwurube, born on 6 April 1991 in Kaduna, Nigeria, is a well-known actress in Nollywood. She married businessman Ugo Nwoke in a civil ceremony in 2024, later revealing the full wedding celebration to the public.

The couple welcomed their first child in May 2026. Ooja's acting career began in 2013 when she moved to Lagos, and she gained prominence through her role in a web series.

She describes her role in the film "King of Boys" as her breakthrough character. Ooja has appeared in various films and series, including "Òlòtūré," "Anita," and a lead role in the Netflix series "Shalewa." She graduated with a degree in Mass Communication from Houdegbe North American University in Cotonou, Benin Republic, and has worked in real estate before pursuing acting full-time.
