APC Chieftain Alwan Hassan Critiques Loyalty to Tinubu

Alwan Hassan, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed concerns during an appearance on a television breakfast show about the loyalty of party members to President Bola Tinubu. He stated that many ministers and governors within the APC do not truly support Tinubu, which he believes poses a significant danger to the party's stability and success.

Hassan emphasized that the actions of these influential figures reflect a pattern of political opportunism rather than genuine loyalty to Tinubu's leadership. He warned that this internal dissent could lead to major setbacks for Tinubu, especially as the 2027 elections approach.

Drawing parallels to the political events that contributed to the defeat of former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, Hassan cautioned that signs of emerging threats within the APC could undermine Tinubu's administration and electoral prospects.
