Senator Abaribe Defects from APGA to ADC in Political Move

Senator Abaribe of Abia South Senatorial Zone has officially resigned from the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC) during an event at Nike Lake Resort in Enugu. Abaribe emphasized his loyalty to ADC and described it as a vehicle for a broad-based political movement aimed at confronting Nigeria's challenges.

This move comes ahead of the 2023 elections, where Abaribe aims to contest under ADC after winning the Abia South Senatorial seat. The defection signals a shift in political alliances and strategies in the region.
