Abbey Bank Plc Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements Approved
Abbey Bank Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 22nd October 2026, approved the bank's Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. The statements are to be filed with the Nigeria Exchange Limited on or before 30th October 2026.
Abbey Bank Plc (ABBEYBANK) filed a corporate action notice on 23rd October 2026, disclosing a resolution passed at a Board of Directors meeting held the previous day, 22nd October 2026.
At that meeting, the Board approved the bank's Unaudited Financial Statements covering the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. The bank stated that the statements would be filed on or before 30th October 2026, in line with the regulatory deadline set by the Nigeria Exchange Limited.
The filing also confirms that a Closed Period commenced on 1st October 2026. That Closed Period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been released to the public. The notice was signed by John Okonkwo, Executive Director, Finance, Risk, and Operations.
The Board of Abbey Bank Plc currently comprises High Chief Samuel Oni as Chairman, Mr. Mobolaji Adewumi as Managing Director and CEO, two Executive Directors, and six Non-Executive Directors.
