ABC Transport PLC Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Results Filing
ABC Transport Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will approve the company's Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2026 by written resolution. The approved statements are to be filed with the Exchange on or before 30 July 2026.
ABC Transport Plc (NGX: ABCTRANS) issued a formal notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited dated 23 July 2026, disclosing that its Board of Directors will approve the 2026 Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q2 UFS) for the period ended 30 June 2026 via written resolution.
The company stated that the approved Q2 UFS will be filed with the Exchange on or before 30 July 2026.
In connection with this process, ABC Transport disclosed that a closed period for trading in the company's securities commenced on 1 July 2026. The closed period will expire twenty-four hours after the publication of the 2026 Q2 UFS on the Exchange.
During the closed period, all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly in the securities of the company. The notice was signed by the Company Secretary, C. Chigbo, Esq., on behalf of ABC Transport Plc, which is headquartered at Km 5, MCC Road, Umuoba, Uratta, Owerri, Imo State.
