NCR Nigeria PLC Q2 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements Approved
NCR (Nigeria) PLC has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 at a meeting held on 22 July 2026. The accounts are to be filed with NGX on or before 30 July 2026.
NCR (Nigeria) PLC has issued a corporate action notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public, disclosing that its Board of Directors convened a meeting on Wednesday, 22 July 2026, at which the Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 were considered and approved.
The company stated that the approved accounts will be formally filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before 30 July 2026.
In connection with the preparation of these financial statements, a closed period has been in effect since 30 June 2026, prohibiting company insiders from trading in NCR Nigeria shares. This closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been publicly released.
