The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider the raising of additional capital for the company through existing shareholders and the open market.
In connection with the board meeting, the company declared a closed period for trading in its securities. The closed period commenced on 1st October 2026 and will run until 24 hours after the publication of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements on the Exchange.
The company stated that all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing, directly or indirectly, in the securities of ABC Transport PLC during this closed period.
The notice was signed by C. Chigbo on behalf of ABC Transport PLC and was dated 13th October 2026 from Owerri, Imo State. The Board of Directors includes Prince Olumide Obayomi as Chairman and Jude Nneji as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
