Abducted Plateau Lawmaker Jacob Regains Freedom - Security Agencies Commended

The Plateau State House of Assembly member, Laven Denty Jacob, who represents Pankshin South, has been freed by his abductors. Jacob was abducted at the entrance of his residence in Angwan Kaji, Dong in Jos North Local Government Area.

The Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Kwarpo Sylvanus, confirmed Jacob's release, stating that he was reunited with his family in good health. It is yet to be determined if any ransom was paid for his release.

Sylvanus commended the swift response of security agencies and urged residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities in the community to prevent such incidents in the future.
