Access Holdings Plc H1 2026 Audited Results Approved by Board

Access Holdings Plc has disclosed that its Board of Directors approved the Group's Audited Interim Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026, at a meeting held on August 27, 2026. The results remain subject to Central Bank of Nigeria approval before public release.
Access Holdings Plc (ACCESSCORP) notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited on August 28, 2026, that its Board of Directors convened on August 27, 2026, and approved the Group's Audited Interim Consolidated and Separate Financial Statements for the half-year ended June 30, 2026.
The approval is conditional, as the results must first receive clearance from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) before they can be formally announced to the public. The company stated that the public announcement of the results will only be made upon receipt of the CBN's approval.
In accordance with the Nigerian Exchange's Issuers' Rules, Access Holdings has entered a Closed Period effective immediately. This Closed Period will remain in force until 24 hours after the results are officially released to the public. During this window, all insiders and their connected persons are prohibited from dealing, directly or indirectly, in the securities of the company in any manner.
The filing was signed by Sunday Ekwochi, Company Secretary, and submitted to the Exchange on August 28, 2026.
