Access Holdings Plc FY 2025 Results: ₦1 Trillion PBT Milestone

Access Holdings Plc has released its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, reporting a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₦1.01 trillion, representing a 16.2% increase year-on-year. The Group recorded Operating Income of ₦3.17 trillion, up 23.9% year-on-year, while Net Interest Income grew 7.0% to ₦1.36 trillion. Net Fees and Commission Income rose 40.9% to ₦585.1 billion.
On efficiency, the Cost to Income Ratio improved to 51.7% from 56.7% in the prior year. Return on Average Equity (ROAE) stood at 18.4%, and Return on Average Assets (ROAA) was recorded at 1.6%.
The Group's balance sheet expanded, with Total Assets reaching ₦51.57 trillion, up 24.3%. Customer Deposits grew 53.4% to ₦34.56 trillion, and Shareholders' Funds increased 15.0% to ₦4.33 trillion.
The banking subsidiary contributed approximately 97% of revenue. Non-bank subsidiaries include Access ARM Pensions, Access Insurance Brokers, Oxygen X Finance, and Hydrogen Payment Services. The filing notes that Nigeria's GDP grew to approximately 3.9% during the year and foreign exchange reserves strengthened to over US$45 billion. Management hosted an investor and analyst conference call to discuss the results.
