ADC will take over power from APC in 2027 – Atiku boasts

Former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar confidently stated that the African Democratic Congress (ADC) will take over power from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 election. Atiku made this assertion during the unveiling of the State ADC Executive Council in Ado Ekiti.

He criticized the absence of ideology among political parties in Nigeria and emphasized that the ADC has a clear ideological framework to address the nation's economic challenges. Atiku highlighted that the ADC, launched three weeks ago, has quickly become a dominant party in the country.

The event also saw the presentation of ADC membership identity cards to key figures, including former Ekiti deputy governor Kolapo Olusola Eleka. ADC stakeholders expressed their commitment to uniting for the upcoming elections and emphasized the party's vision of transparent and accountable governance to rescue Nigeria from misgovernance and corruption.
