Adebayo Promotes Ramadan Goodwill and National Renewal

Adewale Adebayo, the leader of the Social Democratic Party, has called for a national renewal while extending Ramadan greetings to the Muslim community in Nigeria and around the world. He invoked Allah's mercy, guidance, and forgiveness, emphasizing the spiritual journey of Ramadan, which includes fasting, night prayers, and self-purification.

Adebayo highlighted the importance of patience, self-restraint, and generosity during this sacred month, urging Nigerians to recommit to justice and righteousness. He announced the distribution of 18,000 relief packages, including rice, to vulnerable families across several states, including Adamawa, Taraba, Borno, Yobe, Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto, and Kebbi.

These packages aim to ease the burden of fasting and ensure dignity for households during Ramadan. Adebayo also sponsored tafsir sessions to deepen understanding of the Quran, reinforcing the message of charity and unity among citizens, and calling for a collective commitment to justice and harmony in Nigeria.
