Adeleke Accuses FG of Marginalizing Osun in South-West Affairs

Governor of Osun State, Adeleke, has accused the Federal Government of marginalizing Osun in South-West affairs by withholding local government funds despite court orders. Adeleke claims the government is interfering in state and local governance, leading to a violation of democratic norms.

The accusations were made during a two-day South West Stakeholders Dialogue in Akure, Ondo State. Adeleke also criticized the Tinubu-led administration for marginalizing Osun in federal deals despite being part of the South West region.
