Admiralty University offers a range of school fees for different courses, covering tuition and essential services like registration, medical insurance, and ICT. New students pay a higher fee than returning students, with science students facing slightly higher fees due to laboratory charges.

In addition to tuition, new students must budget for acceptance and optional accommodation costs. Returning students pay reduced fees and may spend around N400,000 per session, depending on the course.

All payments must be made directly to the university's official account at First City Monument Bank (FCMB). Fees are split into two equal parts per semester, with new science students paying around N200,000 per semester and returning students paying less.
