CAF Celebrates 100 Days to AFCON 2025 Kickoff in Morocco

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has marked 100 days until the kickoff of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) to be hosted by Morocco. This edition of AFCON will be the first time in 37 years that Morocco has hosted the biennial competition, with the last hosting being in 1988.

The tournament, scheduled from December 21, 2025, to January 16, 2026, will bring together 24 countries to compete across nine stadiums in six cities, including Rabat, Casablanca, and Marrakech. AFCON 2025 aims to showcase African football talent to a global audience and celebrate the passion for the sport across the continent.
