Asak Announces God Trust Tour Following Album Success

Nigerian singer Asak has announced his "God Trust Tour," set to take place from July 4 to October 24, 2026, covering 16 cities across North America and Europe. This announcement follows the record-breaking success of his fourth studio album "M Nei," released on May 1, 2026, which features 13 tracks and collaborations with Tiakola, DJ Snake, and Kabza De Small.

The album achieved a historic milestone by securing 55.98 million streams in its opening week on Spotify, setting a new record for African albums. Asak's tour will include major cities such as London, Paris, Toronto, and Los Angeles, and is part of a partnership with Giran Republic and Empir.

The album reflects Asak's creative journey and showcases a shift in sound, drawing both praise and mild criticism. His recent public presence has emphasized his gratitude and faith, marking a significant milestone in his career as he becomes the first African artist with five different projects topping the Apple Music UK chart.
