Man Freed from Edo Cell Shares Ordeal with Activist, Video Trends

A man, Onah Abba, recently released from custody in Edo State, shared his harrowing experience with activist Harrison Gwamnishu. Abba was unjustly arrested along with four others, including a friend falsely labeled a kidnapper.

The Edo State Police detained them for three days without food or contact with anyone. Abba praised Gwamnishu for his care and support during their time in custody.

Gwamnishu was also held for allegedly facilitating the removal of ransom money in a kidnapping case. The incident sheds light on human rights violations and arbitrary arrests by security forces in Edo State.
