AGN Reveals Cause of Newly Elected President's Car Accident

The Actor Guild Nigeria (AGN) disclosed that the car accident involving its newly elected president, Abubakar Yakubu, was caused by an unexpected mechanical brake failure, leading to a tragic incident that claimed a child's life and injured the child's mother. The outgoing president, Emeka Rolla, shared this information, stating that Yakubu fully cooperated with law enforcement.

The accident occurred in Lagos less than 72 hours after Yakubu's election as AGN president on December 6, 2025. Yakubu is currently under arrest and the child's mother is receiving medical care.
