Newly Elected AGN President Arrested in Lagos After Fatal Accident

Abubakar Yakubu, the newly elected President of the Actor Guild of Nigeria (AGN), was arrested in Lagos after being involved in a fatal motor accident. Yakubu narrowly won the election with 116 votes against Rita Daniel's 113 votes, with three votes declared invalid.

The crash resulted in the death of an individual, leading to Yakubu being taken into police custody at the Barracks Police Station in Surulere for further investigation. Authorities are yet to issue an official statement on the cause of the crash, and the investigation is ongoing.
