Joy Olayiwola Wins 2026 Aig-Imoukhuede Oxford Scholarship

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation has announced Joy Ugonma Olayiwola as the recipient of the 2026 Aig-Imoukhuede Master in Public Policy (MPP) Scholarship at the University of Oxford. This scholarship will enable Olayiwola to pursue a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, focusing on public policy, institutions, economics, and public decision-making.

Established in 2017, the Aig-Imoukhuede MPP Scholarship aims to provide exceptional Nigerian public servants with opportunities for postgraduate study at Oxford, equipping them with advanced policy knowledge and practical skills for public-sector reform. With this award, a total of 34 public servants have benefited from the scholarship.

Olayiwola, an alumna of the Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation Public Leaders Programme, currently serves as an Assistant Director at the National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) and leads the Smart Geospatial and ICT Unit at GeoApps Plus Limited. She has over 17 years of public service experience, specializing in digital systems and institutional capacity development.
