AIICO Insurance Board Meeting Set for October 29, 2026

AIICO Insurance Plc has filed a formal notice with the Nigerian Exchange disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on October 29, 2026. The primary agenda item is the review and approval of the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the nine-month period ending September 30, 2026 (Q3 2026).

The company stated that any decision reached at the board meeting that affects the approval of the accounts will be communicated to the Exchange immediately after the meeting.

In line with Rule 17.18(a) of the NGX Rulebook 2015 (Issuers' Rules), AIICO Insurance has declared a closed period commencing Thursday, October 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the release of the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements and any other decisions taken at the board meeting.

During this closed period, all directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and advisers of the company are restricted from dealing in AIICO Insurance's securities. The notice was signed by the Company Secretary, Donald Kanu, Ph.D. FIoD, on behalf of AIICO Insurance Plc.
