AIICO Insurance Plc Declares 12 Kobo Dividend for 2025

AIICO Insurance Plc has announced a final dividend of 12 kobo per nominal value of ordinary shares for the financial year ended 31st December 2025, subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval. No bonus shares were declared alongside this dividend.

Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on May 27, 2026 — the qualification date — are eligible for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders was closed from May 28, 2026 to June 4, 2026, inclusive.

Dividend payment was scheduled for June 5, 2026, via electronic transfer directly into the bank accounts of shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration with Coronation Registrars Limited. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration were directed to download the mandate activation form from https://crlselfservice.coronation.ng/ and submit it to the Registrar or their respective banks.

The company's Annual General Meeting was scheduled to hold on June 5, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Shell Hall, 8/9 Marina Road, Onikan, Lagos. The announcement was signed by Company Secretary Donald Kanu, PhD, FIoD, and dated 2nd April 2026.
