C and I Leasing Plc Declares Final Dividend for 2025
C & I Leasing Plc has announced a final dividend of 20 kobo per 50 kobo share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The filing also details the qualification date, register closure period, payment date, and the scheduled Annual General Meeting.
C & I Leasing Plc filed a Corporate Actions announcement dated 15 May 2026, disclosing a final dividend of ₦0.20 per share of 50 kobo nominal value for the year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval.
Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on 1 June 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Members will be closed from 2 June 2026 to 5 June 2026, both dates inclusive.
Payment is scheduled for Monday, 15 June 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated Cordros Registrars Limited to pay directly into their bank accounts. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to obtain the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from www.cordros.com or their respective banks.
The company also disclosed that no bonus shares are proposed for the period. The Annual General Meeting will be held electronically on Monday, 15 June 2026, at 1:00 pm. Cordros Registrars Limited, located at 21 Norman Williams Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, is the appointed registrar for this exercise.
